Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information listed in this policy.

Account information you give us. If you register with email, we collect your email address, a display name, and a password. We store the password only as a hash.

Google account data, only if you choose Sign in with Google. What we access and how we use it is in section 2. You can register with email and password and never connect a Google account.

Content you submit to generate. When you use a generation tool, we collect the photo you upload or the sentence you write, the model and options you select, and the image or video that tool returns. This content is not Google user data.

Payment records. If you buy credits, the payment processor collects what it needs to charge you. We store the plan, the amount, the currency, and the transaction status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Support messages. If you email support@lovsul.com or send feedback, we keep that message so we can reply.

Data needed to run the site. After you sign in we store a session cookie. We also store a cookie for the language you choose, and ordinary server logs such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

2. Google user data

If you choose Sign in with Google, Lovsul uses Google OAuth only as a sign-in method. The only scopes we request are openid, email, and profile.

The Google user data we access is limited to:

• Your Google account email address
• Your name
• Your profile picture

We use that Google user data only to create your Lovsul account when you do not already have one, to sign you in, and to show your name and profile picture in the account menu.

We do not use Google user data to generate images or videos. We do not send your Google email address, name, or profile picture to image or video generation providers.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google product. We do not request any Google scope other than openid, email, and profile.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or lending. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with third parties, except when a law, court, or government authority requires the disclosure.

Lovsul does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

We keep the Google email address, name, and profile picture for as long as your Lovsul account exists. You can delete the account from Account settings, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@lovsul.com. Deletion removes the Google user data stored with the account, and it is final.

Google user data is sent to Lovsul over HTTPS and stored in our application database. Access is limited to operating your account and sign-in.

3. How we use other information

We use account, payment, support, and generation information to:

• Operate your Lovsul account and keep you signed in
• Run the generation you request and place the finished file in your library
• Apply credits and record purchases
• Reply to support requests
• Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service, including the ban on non-consensual intimate imagery

A photo or sentence you submit is used only to produce that generation and to show the result in your library. We do not use that content, and we do not use Google user data, to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal information.

Generation providers. To produce the image or video you request, we send the photo or sentence you submitted, and the options you selected, to the provider that runs the model you chose. We do not send your Google account email, name, or profile picture with that request.

Payment processors. If you buy credits, the payment processor receives the information it needs to complete the charge. We do not send Google user data to the payment processor.

Legal requests. We disclose information when the law, a court, or a government authority requires it, or when disclosure is necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect Lovsul, our users, or the rights of others.

5. How long we keep data

Account information, including the Google user data in section 2, is kept until you delete the account. We also store your credit balance, credit activity, and, when a paid plan has a validity period, the time those credits expire.

When a paid plan's validity period ends, the account returns to the free plan and the remaining credit balance is cleared. The credit activity entry for that clearing is kept.

Finished images and videos are kept for up to 24 hours on the free plan and up to 5 days on a paid plan, then removed. You can also delete a result yourself. Deletion is final.

Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You may delete your account from Account settings, or request deletion by emailing support@lovsul.com. Deletion removes the account and the personal data stored with it, including Google user data, and it is final.

6. Security

Personal data, including Google user data, is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to the application database is limited to operating the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can use Lovsul without Google. An email account does not give Lovsul access to any Google user data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Email support@lovsul.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. International transfers

Lovsul may store and process personal data, including Google user data, in a country other than the one where you live. Where the law requires a safeguard for that transfer, we use one.

9. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a cookie to remember the language you choose. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Changes

If we change how Lovsul uses Google user data, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date on this page before the change applies. Continuing to use Lovsul after that update means you accept the revised policy.
