1. Terms

1.1 This document constitutes the terms of service between end users of the Lovsul website and the Lovsul service. "Lovsul" refers to the Lovsul website, services, and all provided functionality for the remainder of this document.

1.2 These terms must be adhered to by all users of the Lovsul image and video generation services and are agreed upon during account creation.

1.3 If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Lovsul's services, and you must delete your account if you have already created one.

2. Lovsul Accounts and Provided Services

2.1 An account is required to access the AI image and video generation functionality of Lovsul.

2.2 You may not share an account with any other person or entity, and must keep your account information reasonably secure.

2.3 You are responsible for all actions and requests that your account performs, and must ensure that they do not violate these terms.

2.4 Your account may be terminated at any time for violation of these terms.

2.5 If your account is terminated, there is no guarantee of future availability of your data nor of a refund for any credits you may have purchased.

2.6 Lovsul will make an attempt to ensure its services have high reliability and support as many clients as possible. However, no guarantee of availability or uptime is made by Lovsul.

2.7 Lovsul is not liable for any liabilities or damages caused by the use of its services, nor from the usage of images or videos generated using our service.

2.8 Lovsul reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time, and will attempt to notify you of any changes.

3. Credits and Pay-as-You-Go Payments

3.1 Lovsul operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Purchases award the user with Lovsul credits ("Credits"), a type of virtual credit used to generate images and videos.

3.2 Credits may only be used for the purpose of generating images and videos on Lovsul.

3.3 Credits are not redeemable for cash or for any other goods or services.

3.4 Credits may not be transferred to any other user.

3.5 Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used for generation services.

3.6 All purchase amounts are stated in US dollars. The amounts listed on the website do not include applicable taxes such as sales taxes, which are assessed by our payment processor.

3.7 We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund policy for one-time credit purchases:

• Within 7 days of a successful purchase, if you have not used any credits or services, you may request a full refund.
• Once you have used any credits or services, based on your remaining credits, you may request a partial refund.
• Special circumstances: if there are persistent, significant technical failures (caused by our service) after your purchase that completely prevent you from using your purchased credits, and we verify this to be true, we may provide a full or proportional refund. You must contact customer service promptly after discovering the issue and provide the necessary information.

4.2 Non-refundable situations include but are not limited to:

• Refund requests made after the 7-day refund window
• Dissatisfaction with AI generation quality, style, or content (unless results are completely unusable or severely inconsistent with core functionality, and not due to user input issues)
• Issues caused by user failure to follow usage instructions
• Problems caused by the user's device or network environment
• Unsatisfactory results due to inappropriate user input (incorrect, vague, or policy-violating content)
• User deliberately or excessively using services then requesting refunds
• User violations of the terms of service
• Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, major cyber attacks)
• Change of mind after purchase when services have been partially or fully used

5. Generated Images and Videos

5.1 No claims on the ownership or copyright of AI-generated images and videos are made by Lovsul, and all created content may be freely used by yourself for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

5.2 AI model output may sometimes be unpredictable and is not guaranteed to match the input prompt nor to be of any given nature or quality.

5.3 Do not attempt to generate content that is illegal in your legal jurisdiction or within your country or district of residence.

5.4 Do not access our generation service via any means other than the lovsul.com website. Only real human interactions are allowed.

5.5 Do not use generated content as a substitute for any licensed profession, including but not limited to legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any other professional service or advice.

5.6 You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

6. User Data and Data Security

6.1 Lovsul stores basic user information during your use of our service.

6.2 Data retention policy:

• User account information is stored for the duration of your account
• Generated content is stored temporarily during processing and may be cached for performance
• Generated creations are generally retained for up to 1 hour for unpaid users and up to 7 days for paid users, after which they may be automatically deleted from our systems
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support
• Deletions of images, videos, accounts, and other assets are final and irreversible

6.3 Lovsul prioritizes the privacy and security of your data and implements advanced measures to protect it.

6.4 Your creations are private by default and not shared unless you choose to do so.

7. Restrictions of Conduct and Content

7.1 In accessing and using Lovsul, you agree to abide by the following restrictions:

• You will not modify, translate, adapt, or reformat Lovsul
• You will not decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the software or materials comprising Lovsul
• You will not interfere with or circumvent any security feature of Lovsul
• You will not use Lovsul to gain unauthorized access to our or any third party's data, systems, or networks
• You will not use Lovsul in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or otherwise interfere with our systems
• You will not remove, change, or obscure any copyright, trademark notice, or other proprietary rights notices
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your access and use of Lovsul
• You are not allowed to use any automation to access our service. Only real human interactions are permitted
• You will not generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

8. Prohibited Content

You shall not generate or attempt to generate content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, libelous, defamatory, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Is misleading, false, or inaccurate
• Would constitute, encourage, or provide instructions for a criminal offense, or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engages in unauthorized face-swapping
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, film and television, animation, game characters, and other proprietary rights
• Contains or depicts minors in any inappropriate context, or could endanger or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content
• Is designed to harass, threaten, or harm individuals or groups
• Violates anyone's privacy or publicity rights, shares personal details of others without their explicit consent, or discloses information you are not authorized to share due to legal, contractual, or fiduciary obligations
• Includes any unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, or solicitations
• Contains any form of malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Contains explicit sexual material or themes
• Is deemed, in our sole judgment, inappropriate, disruptive to other users' experience, or poses potential harm or liability to us or others

9. Liability and Disclaimers

The Lovsul services are provided to you on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and the use thereof is at your sole risk.

We do not warrant that:

• Lovsul will be timely, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Lovsul will meet your requirements
• The accuracy or reliability of generated content
• Any errors or malfunctions will be corrected

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lovsul, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lovsul and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you generate using our services

11. Termination

11.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11.2 We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe may harm Lovsul, other users, or third parties.

11.3 Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

11.4 Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lovsul operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
